Investing in Disko Gold

Disko Gold offers exposure to high-grade reported gold results, supported by early-stage graphite and rare earth element projects that sit within Western discussions of critical-mineral supply. The properties are exploration-stage. No Mineral Resources or Mineral Reserves have been defined.

Why Disko Gold

Gold portfolio

Eqi, Attu and Itilliarsuk cover distinct styles — veins and breccia, orogenic shear, and BIF-hosted gold — within 160 km² of exclusive exploration licences granted 20 April 2026.

Strategic technology minerals

Akuliaruseq contributes a historic flake-graphite dataset. Attu Carbonatite contributes early-stage REE mineralogy relevant to magnet applications.

Greenland setting

Central West Greenland operates under Greenlandic mineral-resource law. Licensing is described in the Technical Report Summary as transparent. That is a regulatory observation, not a guarantee of outcome.

Historic datasets

Government mapping, academic papers, historic drilling and sampling reduce some grassroots uncertainty. They do not replace modern QA/QC or a Mineral Resource.

Community and environment

A stated community-first approach and low-impact exploration philosophy are part of how the company intends to work. They are not certified ESG credentials.

Reported exploration highlights

  • Eqi: grab samples up to 60 g/t Au; drill intersection 12 g/t Au over 3.8 m
  • Attu Gold: surface samples 2–8 g/t Au; 100–330 m corridor
  • Itilliarsuk: 9 g/t Au over 1.7 m channel; 0.82 g/t Au over 3.1 m reconnaissance drill
  • Akuliaruseq: 124 historic holes; ~7 km strike; historic 90–94% C concentrate
  • Attu Carbonatite: specimen TREO up to 12.4%; no drilling

Abitibi, Yilgarn, Homestake, Musselwhite and Flin Flon are geological analogues used in the technical literature. They are not evidence that Disko Gold’s projects will reach equivalent scale or economics.

Strategic context

Gold remains a monetary and industrial metal. Graphite and magnet rare earths are listed as critical or strategic by several Western jurisdictions, including under the EU Critical Raw Materials Act and US critical-minerals policy. Disko Gold’s projects are not, by that fact, aligned with any specific government programme or offtake.

Cautionary statement

The Disko Gold properties described on this website are exploration-stage. No Mineral Resources or Mineral Reserves have been defined. Exploration potential is conceptual. Further exploration may not result in a Mineral Resource or a Mineral Reserve. Reported sample results, including high-grade grabs, are not representative of any mineralised volume unless a true width and systematic dataset are stated. Historic graphite estimates circulating in older literature are not current Mineral Resources and are not relied upon here. Forward-looking language about technology metals, supply chains or community benefit describes context and intention, not guaranteed commercial outcomes.

Exploration-stage disclosure. The properties described on this website are exploration-stage. No Mineral Resources or Mineral Reserves have been defined. Reported grades, widths, lengths and historic results are not, unless expressly stated, representative of any mineralised volume. Exploration potential is conceptual. Further exploration may not result in a Mineral Resource or a Mineral Reserve. Geological analogues are provided for context only and do not imply equivalent scale, grade or economics.
